One to One sessions
I will be completely dedicated to you during one hour session. I will build a personalized program tailored to your needs, according to your physical condition and your goals. i will always be close to you for safety reasons and to correct your posture during the exercise. My programs are a combination of performance and a lot of fun.
Duo Sessions
For the duo sessions, we take the same ingredients than the one to one sessions and we add a friend, husband or wife or a colleague. Duo sessions are very motivating, challenging and fun. It is always good to do fitness with someone else and know that you are nor alone.
