As REPS certified Group Fitness Instructor, i offer group sessions training available for a minimum of 4 people. The training will include various activities such as body weight, cross-fit games, cardio- boxing, kickboxing and boot camp.
i offer a personal approach during the group session where i will take your measurement once a month to see the results.
Group sessions are challenging but with a lot of fun, motivation and results of course!
