I will be completely dedicated to you during one hour session. I will build a personalized program tailored to your needs, according to your physical condition and your goals. i will always be close to you for safety reasons and to correct your posture during the exercise. For the duo sessions, we take the same ingredients than the one to one sessions and we add a friend, husband or wife or a colleague. Duo sessions are very motivating, challenging and fun.
